We make group presentations to all eligible employees where we explain what benefit plans are available. We help the participants understand why they should participate as well as what the costs are.



  • INDIVIDUAL CONFERENCES-



Our firm meets individually with employees to assist them with any financial services matter. By understanding what benefits are available to them at work, they are better equipped to decide what type(s) of insurance or planning is required to help reach their personal financial goals.



  •  NEW-HIRE ORIENTATION-



Our associates meet individually with any new employees that are hired. We educate them on what benefits are available as well as how to convert any benefits that may have been available at their previous job.



  •  TERMINATED EMPLOYEES- 



We meet with any terminated employees to help them understand what benefits may be continued after termination.


 *This service may satisfy the department of labor requirements for providing plan information and education to participants.  Employers receive aknowledgements of understanding signed by all participants.
